If you are a high school student in the San Francisco Bay Area who is interested in building your leadership and advocacy skills to fight for socioeconomic and racial justice for all, join our program

Ready to be a change-maker?

Our program includes intensive summer training and ongoing development with rotations in leadership, social justice and opportunity. By helping students recognize their leadership potential and ability to change the world, we give a voice to the needs of our community.

Leadership

Develop effective leadership skills that drive change and inspire others to take action. Lessons include public speaking, complex problem-solving and teamwork.

Social Justice

Learn Asian American history and break down complex concepts, such as institutional racism and the Model Minority Myth, so that you can be an informed advocate for all.

Opportunity

Break through institutional barriers with resources like college admissions counseling, financial education, and professional resume/interview practice.

Mentorship

Gain valuable resources with professionals from all fields like law, government and business, to guide your journey beyond the program, whether it's getting internship advice or connecting with contacts in key organizations.
