AAMPLIFY Internship

Applications are currently closed.  Applications for 2023 will open in the Spring.

Archived from 2022:

AAMPLIFY is seeking three student interns for our annual AAMPLIFY Internship Program. We are hiring 1 Social Media Intern and 2 Community & Social Justice Interns.

Interning with AAMPLIFY is a unique and enriching opportunity to support AAMPLIFY’s mission of empowering Asian American youth leaders and to further develop your own leadership skills. We are looking for passionate and motivated students to join our team of incredible volunteers.

Internships are open to current high school and college students who are alumni of AAMPLIFY’s Social Justice Leadership summer program. We are excited to get to know you further!

The internship is a six-month commitment from May 1, 2022 through October 22, 2022. While hours will vary and can be flexible, interns will generally be expected to work 6-10 hours per month and will receive a stipend of $800. Interns will also participate in regular check-ins with the AAMPLIFY Internship Director, may attend AAMPLIFY Board of Director meetings, and are encouraged to participate in the Social Justice Leadership Program as facilitators and leaders.

Please note that while all positions are remote, interns who have the ability to attend two in-person components of the Social Justice Leadership Program (the welcome launch and closing ceremony) may find the experience most enjoyable. We are committed to making this program as accessible as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to chloe@aamplify.org.
